These essential oils are never used instead of prescribed medication, they can be used a long with diet changes to bring about the gradual natural reduction in the use of your medication. For instance people notice after a while they automatically find they don’t need their inhalers as much as they did before. But I advice even then that you should still carry your inhaler with you. Never stop taking your prescription suddenly which is important to remember as alternative treatments results are positive but are slow and gradual, often very slow.

4 drops (one drop of the 4 essential oils mentioned in this article) per teaspoon of body oil, cream or lotion, mix and rub into the back and chest areas very every day. Some essential oils can be extremely expensive, these four I have chosen are all very reasonably priced so will suite most budgets. Besides they last a long time using only a drop at a time.
AVOID if pregnant this is a general rule, especially if you are new to essential oils. There are exceptions but you must seek professional advice first.
